Over the past decade, I have held C-level leadership and advisory roles in private equity-backed and technology companies, including InPost, Salesmanago, and Webcon. I have supported organizations through post-acquisition integrations, operational restructurings, corporate governance development, and the implementation of investor-grade reporting frameworks.

I combine hands-on operational leadership with experience gained in capital markets, M&A transactions, refinancings, and IPO processes.
